Frustrating when the number on the scale goes up when I expect it to go down. Maybe my calorie counting is off, or perhaps my BMR is less than I thought. I could try lowering my calorie intake, but I am already struggling as it is. This week I will shave off 100 calories per day, down to 1400. LET'S DO THIS.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You say you are struggling with your lower calorie intake as it is.. Is it because you are hungry that it is hard to stick to? Sometimes it isn't always best to lower your intake. because you could be slowing your metabolism even more by doing so. (I don't know what your activity level is like) but don't forget to listen to your body. If your hungry fill up on good protein and healthy veggies. Keep it up!!
