Frustrating when the number on the scale goes up when I expect it to go down. Maybe my calorie counting is off, or perhaps my BMR is less than I thought. I could try lowering my calorie intake, but I am already struggling as it is. This week I will shave off 100 calories per day, down to 1400. LET'S DO THIS.
