OK So I cannot eat fries and sweets and drink sweet drinks and beer and lose weight. Duh! Suffice it to say, I am paying for it now. Damn! Up 5 pounds in 4 weeks. Man! OK Back to the grind stone.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
