Still following the Whole30 diet. Didn't really workout this past month. Last week soccer started up so not too worried about getting cardio in. Playing on 2 teams this summer. Also just got my refereeing certificate - maybe will ref a few games this summer.Throw in a few softball tournaments, this summer will go by fast.
