Starting Weight = 476 pounds
Week #17 Closing = 373 pounds

Numbers Update:
103 pounds banished
21.64% of body weight banished
BMI reduced by 12.9 points to 53.5 points

No soda for 120 days
No alcohol for 123 days
No cheating on plan for 120 days

Well, back at work with at least some internet connectivity. Does my heart good to see the 64 waiting notifications to read over. I will enjoy catching up. Sorry I have not been able to participate on the mountain-side chatter. However, I have glimmer of hope this morning as I saw the warn glow of the computer, & saw we has 83% connectivity. Hopefully, by the time I get home, all the issues will be corrected. Can't wait to disappoint Frontier by only paying about half of my bill this month.

I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day Holiday & remembered the people for what the day was meant to be.

No long post this morning, got to get to work.

So go out there & set the pace this day. Set a pace worthy of Tenacious Tuesday. If the weekend got you off track, well today is your day to dig your heels in & change that course of action. Be the force that bends the will of your journey to your liking. This is your climb. You control it. Be the momentum that changes your fortune.

We're going to the peak gang. If you have not aligned your mind & actions to that fact yet, today is the day to do so. Re-set yourself. Regain your focus. Turn up your fierceness. And let's get to building the better you; the better us; the better legion.

It is not a question of ability, it is a simple conviction of your mentality. Do not let your mind hold back, what your body can do. Cast off your chains & let your mind be free, to allow your body to achieve what you seek to be.

As IMPRESSIVE as YOUR weight loss is, Your "streaks" are EQUALLY IMPRESSIVE (and possibly even MORE SO, since we all KNOW how easy it is "to slip up." Have a great POST MONDAY (remember, I am suggesting we "skip Tuesdays" for a while...LOL) Keep Climbing, NEW JON, we are right beside you!!!!!!!!

I know what you mean about Tenacious Tuesday STT. They've been kicking my butt more lately, than I have been kicking theirs. But I love a good fight. Getting punched in the mouth really fires me up.
