Noon Blood Sugar:
Evening Blood Sugar: 135

Spent most of yesterday driving around in the rain looking at properties, today we are going to look at some house options and hopefully get some time to just veg out, too wet to cook out and more rain is coming.

Did not eat as much fat as I should have yesterday but at least kept my carbs down. Going to experiment on some savory fat bombs today as well as make a batch or two of my Garlic Sauce/Dressing.

Better number....enjoy your day. We woke up to rain this morning so there will be no flying done today. Maybe I am getting my wish that we could have a holiday like others. Yes, we need to think upon all those who have served us well and kept us safe.
