I stepped on the scale this morning but I'm not recording the weight since it's only been 4 days since my last weigh in. The numbers were up but I think it's from water weight.... I've worked out 4 days in a row (unintentionally lol) so when I weigh again on Tuesday or Wed, I'll record that weight. I'm not working out today or tomorrow. Gonna give my muscles a break because they are QUITE sore lol. 1 hr of trampolining on Friday and 2 hours of walking up and down hills while pushing a double stroller. Yeah, every part of me hurts!

Sounds like you had fun. I can relate to sore. It makes me feel like I've accomplished something for myself. Have a great remainder of the weekend and get some well deserved rest.

Yes, sore muscles usually means they are retaining water to help them heal. Give it a few days and the scale will go back down.

Yup - Suzi161 is correct - muscles hold extra water while recovering form workouts. But, still drink tons of water to flush it through!
