To much VSOP last night. I do feel great this morning gonna go HAM on the water today and gonna ride 10 miles tonight on the bike around town. This will be a first for me last time I did 6 and I wasn't tired just got dark. So looking forward to the challenge. If SHE comes over tonight I will skip the bike and just burn calories on her...

Ah yeah just beer in general is my weakness. I have one free day a week and it usually involves alcohol and sometimes I will skimp on calories just so I can have a bunch of empty beer calories at the end of the night. Hmmm, maybe I have a problem! lol I did an hour out on my bike today with some TOUGH hills. Keep up the good work!!!
