I've been entrenched in a plateau for 2 months! Between 229 and 231! Didn't start my eating out right today but I'm going to have to dig in and get out of this hole
231.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
