I do not mean to sound cranky, but why did you eat them? did you have other choices like fruit or something? Please do not take this as critical - just wondering what else you might have been able to do for yourself. Have a good trip.

There's an app called "Food Tripping". But your best bet is to do some googling and find the one's that fit your needs. Some are free, some aren't. Some will count calories for you while you travel. There's some that give you best choices at fast food joints, etc.

HBC- not taken as cranky. I hadn't eaten since 8pm the previous day, I was 2 hrs into a 5 hr drive, and it was the first place available in the turnpike to stop and eat something. I had scrambled eggs as the main course, so the potato fries were the side. I had a good workout later that day to counteract it, lol.
