Not believing the scale. Will probably be up tomorrow. Wasn't very good yesterday. Over my 20 net carbs. Just have to "weight" and see.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
