no breakfast, late burger/fries for lunch, 2 small plates of apetizers for dinner - did have 1 glass of wine & 3 bourbons
233.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
