I was curious so I weighed myself this morning and the scale showed me 123.1kg so that's another unofficial loss of 0.4kg :) My appetite has drastically changed over the last 2.5 weeks. I'm a big eater and I'm amazed at how my choice of fat/weight loss methods has made me adapt so quickly. I'm always feeling full so I can push my 1st meal for the day at 2pm to squeeze in another hour or two of fasting. Its 1:37pm now and I have no appetite to scoff down food although yesterday was my maximum 600 Calorie fast day :) One of the best decisions I ever made in my life was to give up sugar by half a teaspoon per cup of coffee/tea per 2 weeks until I switched to canderal sweetener(2 tablets) and then finally reducing to no sugar or sweetener at all :) People may think that they can't do without sugar but that is nonsense! The sugar craving is just the same as a drug addiction. Make that change 1st before dieting or gyming!!!

It's amazing how eventually do you don't miss the sugar at all. Thank you for reminding peeps that by reducing gradually it can be done. You don't have to go cold turkey :)

LowCarbFemmeFit people look at me funny when I say to them that I have my tea and coffee with no sugar. If anyone wants to lose fat/weight then this is the 1st change that they should be making.

Sugar is definitely a bad boy, I lost loads of weight after I dropped it, the trick is to resist the temptation to steal a biscuit or slice of cake. I can do with sweeteners in coffee its the other sugars when I don't plan meals properly or when my kids wants a treat I really have to check out this fasting that everyone is talking about.
