I just decided to walk a little more yesterday and ate light for dinner and the scale moved a bit this morning. Yay! Ok, slow steps but nevertheless steps!
166.9 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
