Weighed myself four times for this one...got the same number four times but could hardly believe it...missing workouts and drinking less water may mean I am dehydrated more than usual - but I will take the loss!
186.6 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

lol...Is your weigh-in an average of the four times...or simply you "finally" got a number that seemed reasonable...lol....(reason I ask, is I generally weigh until I get the same thing twice..lol)...Yes, congrats on ALL of your progress.
