Finally having some success. I have lymphedema, and my heart Dr. put me on a new water pill "aide" which is doing a tremendous job of getting rid of the water in my legs. Hallelujah!

328.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb. Still to go: 168.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.1 lb a week

Highest weight several years ago was 392, and now am at 284--finally got my head out of the sand and am making slow but sure progress. 108 pounds lighter--YES! I'm selling some of my "fat" clothes on EBay at LucyRae's Emporium--bye bye 3-4XL blouses!
