Not been very religious with my diet, but am ready to keep going at a steady pace.How are you all doing folks?
141.1 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hanging in there ,, wish it was a faster process . so working on my patience as well,, I have to remember 1 Day, 1 Pound at a time .
