One year anniversary at FatSecret!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am looking back at my history and I can honestly say I don't think I could have made it without the help of all of my buddies and people here at FatSecret. I am not at my goal weight yet, but I am working towards my goal in a healthy way. My outlook at food and exercise has changed over the year and it's starting to show in my body image. Thank you all for your continued encouragement and comments. THANK YOU!!!

174.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb. Still to go: 34.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Great post! I feel the same way about this site...I feel support that I have never had before and it makes me change my whole outlook towards food! Keep on doing what you're doing! You WILL get to your goal!
