HAPPY HUMP DAY! Late checking in this morning. We were busy at work. Not complaining as that is what they pay me to do :)

The southern temperature are starting to interfere with my daily walks. I'm only able to go one trip around the park now (.89 mile), else I'd be soaking wet when I get back to work. This means I'd better start motivating myself to do other exercise.

Hope you all are having a great week.

PS - I've been waiting for someone to ask me what I'll do if I gain back any weight. Well, no one has asked, but I'll tell you anyway. I'm putting a brick into the basket.

Happy Hump Day to you too! Damn the weather at the moment - we had hail for hours yesterday, at one point it looked like it had snowed. It was so damn cold in my shed where my treadmill is last night - I had to blow on the dvd player to get it to work...I'm watching the entire Sex and the City saga while doing my walks.

Tracy - Now that is an interesting choice of video for one's exercise! But I'm proud of you for braving the weather to get to your treadmill. You'll get back what you put in.

Hail for hours!! Hope you didn't have any damage. Buffy send us some warm, it's been dang chilly, wore a sweat shirt outside all day yesterday. Have had then the last few days!! IN the 40's the past 2 nights. The humidity will get you every time.

Good morning...don't you just hate it when work interrupts your socializing:) All kidding aside, I am thankful that I do have moments in my day when I can pop in and check on folks and still get paid for doing my job! I don't seem to mind the humidity as much as I do the "skeeters." Living in a desert region we usually don't have either but with our 12" of rain a couple of weeks ago, we now have droves of mosquitoes and humidity enough to frizz my already curly hair! Have a great day!

Gwen - Yes I do just hate it! But not as much as I hate those skeeters. But sounds like that problem will be short lived.

STT - Our lives are on display aren't they? But it is nice to know people care.

If you gain the weight back, I'm gonna still ask you "how does my butt look in these blue jeans"....LOL :P

The skeeters come with the humidity. Hate them as well. I know I will have to empty anything that has a chance of holding water again after this rain. Ticks I hate more they also like this humid weather. Yeah Buffy, they won't do a lot until the temps are warmer, at least they are in the ground and out of their bity pots. My spring greens are doing amazing, they love this weather!!!! My bed is packed. I'm going to have to start giving some away.

Would never ask anyone 'what if'...it's one day at a time. Life is a Journey and weight issues are a part of ours. We're working on it...that's what counts :)

Buffy, no one asked cause no one thought you would gain! The weather here is already in the 90's (no humidity though). I find the best time for me to walk, is first light. It is not yet horrendously hot, and sometimes even slightly cool. Although that won't last long! Perhaps you could walk in the morning?

STT - No worries. I thought you meant dealing with the normal up and down fluctuations.

MP Sarge - nice to know our priorities are still in sync - LOL

Wholefoodnut - I've learned the hard way that getting them out of those pots is very important!

Rockiesfan - Next think I know you'll be complaining about the heat too. Weather can change so quickly this time of year. Enjoy those cooler temps while you can - so much better for outside activities!

Alphamares - Oh course you wouldn't. You are too polite - LOL. But, everybody has ups and downs. Was just saying if I gain a pound I'll add a a brick until I lose it.
