Just a few pounds from goal! I am amazed at how fast I have lost weight this time. I've been very good about counting points and have consistently got 10,000 steps every day. That has made a difference.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
