And why do you think that one meal undoes everything? And maybe it wasn't the volume you ate but what?

One blow out meal is not going to sabotage all your hard work, just like one healthy meal is not going to make someone lose weight. Get back on it straight away and keep going, you can do this!

I ate alot of just unhealthy foods that just made me feel like complete crap but you are right one time isnt going to ruin it just like one healthy meal wont make me healthy. I have never thought of it that way so thank you.

I know how it feels once youve had a big blow out, you feel guilty and like you've ruined everything but yes one time isn't going to undo everything. Just get back on healthy eating and do a hardcore workout to counteract it! Don't let it get you down just keep going!

It is the sodium and carbs - we bloat right up! Just drink extra water and eat your normal plan - it will move down!

Your hard work hasn't gone down the drain....it is just hiding as HCB said behind all the sodium. Drink LOTS of water and in a day or two you should be right back and maybe even lower than you were.

Just chiming in, in agreement with what has already been said. One meal out, one splurge doesn't ruin your progress. Probably lots of sodium in the food you ate, drink lots of water over the next couple days, the bloat will be gone and you'll feel better.
