Boy it is getting hard to lose weight now. I have to remember to keep my water intake up. I have been getting lazy with not drinking a gallon a day, that's when things were moving the best for me. Oh well I am very proud of the 70 pounds and 10 inches I lost in my first 4 months. Today is the first day of my 5th month and I only have 30 maybe 40 pounds to go. I am just so impatient things will come in time, stay dedicated! Come on HeavyweightHEMI LET"S GO!!
