I am falling off and I need encouragement, I need time to work out
248.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week

Glad you're back. Sometimes just walking is the first step. Try parking as far away from a store as possible, and getting out in the evenings after dinner to make a loop around the neighborhood. Every bit counts.

try making it a morning ritual to have 3 sets of squats, pushups and 3 minutes of plank. And BANG! METABOLISM BOOST THE MINUTE YOU GET OFF BED!

Walking is a great way to get back on the right track, with a cold bottle of water in hand.
