STT58, you know what it took to get you were you are today; all wins of losses (see what I did there? heh). Set backs are just delays to our goals. You've shown that you've got the mettle to get above and behind this.

All this is, s a high tide day for your weigh in STT. Don't worry about the ebb & flow of the Idiot Box, we all have to navigate it. You keep to your plan & stay the course brother. Doing the right things will deliver the right results!!! And remember, we band of climbers of mountains DO NOT QUIT!!! Proud to be on this journey with you.

There has to be a first time for everything. Think of this as a good thing - a starting point in dealing with a "new reality". You knew the (Junk Food) world and its evils were not going to step aside for us. When your house gets quiet again, take some time to regroup and move forward. We can do this together.

The journey of weight loss if full of ups and downs, trust me. But don't let this little bump get you down, you will be headed back down very soon.

The good thing is you knew it would happen, you owned it, and now you are moving on. No worries, you were already back on track before you even weighed in! Have a great day.

A small blip on the graph, and not a big one! You'll get back on track and start trending down in no time. *shakes pom poms*
