Greetings Buddies:
I have been calorie and carb cycling high and low for a couple weeks - and today is my high day.
It is not a cheat day; I do not eat off plan - I just allow more calories and a higher total carb count. I have read cycling keeps your body confused and helps the metabolism.
Has anyone else had success or experience with cycling?
Words of the week: "Don't let worn-out beliefs stop you from moving beyond yourself."
I am dedicated, determined and diligent.
