Thanks for the comment. You are definitely right, I need a plan to eat healthier snacks and chose healthy foods when I eat out. I am going to see if I can do a lot of cooking at home during the weekends and save it in the freezer so that when I have less time to cook during the week, I can use my leftovers. I need to eat less out anyway and save money so that I can use that money to reward myself when I do meet some of my goals. Thanks for your support and everyone else support too.

Between the salt and fats eating out will kill your plan. Yesterday I cooked chicken breasts for 6 days. Then I bag them up and fridge/freeze them. Then I can sauce or whatever them and heat them up while the potatoes and vegs sap. Easy peasy. And, you only have to really heat up the kitchen one day. I do that with several days worth of hamburger too. Cook it up, bag it, then pull it out to make chili, spaghetti, shepherds pie etc. I don't recommend this method for pork chops or steaks though.

Thanks for the information. I am going to start cooking on the weekend and bagging the or putting them in containers too. Tomorrow I will start cooking the chicken breast. Do you boil the chicken breast or put them in the oven. I do not like using my large oven so I have a large convection/toaster oven. I eventually want to use the chicken for a salad, chicken sandwich, stir fry chicken or barbecue chicken.
