Started this journey in April and I'm happy to be down 10 pounds. God is good. I must continue and not be stagnate. I have a graduation celebration on Saturday so I will be aware of what I eat a little of everything goes a long way. If I focus on connecting with family members I have been unable to see for a long time I will be fine. This has been so eye opening FS works fantastic for me. I still can not believe how I let myself go. It was partly because I was in a place of unhappiness I changed jobs got my degree and changed how I look at me. Thank you Jesus at the rate I was going I would of weighed close to 200 pounds. I have to realize I have always had to watch what I eat and to have some form of exercise. I'm one who has to watch the carbs. If I do endulge it has to be a treat not an everyday thing. Thank you Lord for being my guide and provider
