Went to the senior center for "stretch" class, which included twenty minutes of warm up with standing exercise and laying on mat for exercise (the floor routines) are the hardest for me.
Included a 1.6 mile walk which was unexpected but enjoyable. Used two pound weights and stopped along the way for additional exercise. Good start for the day on this beautiful sunny day.
