I had crazy salt intake over the weekend (and a pasta binge on Monday) and found myself up 4 lbs as of yesterday. Well, I ate SUPER light yesterday (minus a small midnight Oreo run, don't judge me lol) and drank a bunch of water and poof down 3 lbs! Our bodies are so weird right?? Anywhoo, continuing the trend of fresh/light eating for the rest of the week, gotta get back down to at most 160 by the end of the month!

It's crazy how our bodies react to what goes in our mouths. I was way high in carbs, calories and whatever over the weekend out of town, did the same as you yesterday and poof, down 4 lbs. Cool....you've got a great start getting to 160 or below.

Don't you hate that when you eat so well then your brain wants oreos? Drives me nuts!

Right IC? Haha, I fell asleep on the couch and woke up around midnight and was like OREOS OREOS OREOS....I usually don't even have that stuff in the house but they were in our care package for our 5k a couple weeks ago...well, they're gone now lol
