Didn't eat donuts or coffee or ice cream or pie or brownies for one week!
138.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

I don't think we get enough credit for the things we don't eat. I have been not eating cookies all day long! :) Great work avoiding the treats.
