Walking an average of 6.5 miles a day during work.
Have cycled close to 500 miles this year and it's only May 10th.

Trying to bike 15 - 20 miles daily and longer weekend rides.
Biked 50 miles last Sunday.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
