I'm trying to get off to a good start, today, with an awesome breakfast of sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, and some coffee. Success will come, one meal at a time, one day at a time, one pound at a time.

I'm sure that mantra has created many successful losers.. Very easy to read, but hard to integrate. It's that spaces in between the 'one meal' I'm having difficulty with. Best!
