Disappointed but not surprised.... Fell of my wagon. Today is a new day and I'm back on board! Hoping this week will be better and I can get this ball rolling again.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
