Ate late last night with 1 beer. Woke up this morning feeling heavy and still didn't digest all my food. Woke up feeling tired still. went to bed at 11:30 woke up at 5 am.

1- do not eat later than 7 pm.
2 go to bed at 10 pm to get more sleep.
