So, no change this week. So frustrated. But I think I know what is missing. I exercise but it's the same ole thing. I need to confuse my body and I need to work on my core. So, the plan is to do intervals when out for my runs and the also make time to do core exercises like squats, lunges, pushups, etc.

Plans for the weekend - well, now it's Mother's Day on Sunday. So, who knows what my son has for me. I wonder what they have made in his JK class. I need to get out and buy my mom something too.


Weather is to be incredibly hot this weekend. If the rain holds off, we'll be driving tractors and working the fields. My son can't wait to sit in a tractor and go all day!!
