So now that I am use to not having a vechile the next step is to get back into managing my time better. So for the next year I am not going to use a car for day to day activities. Along with watching my food intake and making sure I eat the minimum amount of fruit/vegies and reduce my fat intake. This will be interesting to see. I am hoping to lose over half my intended weight before November which is 16 weeks away now if I am losing at a moderate weight I will lose 1 lb/wk. I want to average 2 lbs. EEK this may take longer than I planned but then again I have been this weight for 3 years now so if in 1 I can get back to my old self again I guess it really isn't that long. Every day there will be a little less of me to go around.
