Busy at work today. Am just checking in to say goodnight. Had lots of veggies yesterday and ate really light today. Will get rid of that 4th of July pound if I have to cut it out of me.

Good night, Buffy! Let's not do anything drastic just yet! As Bren mentioned, what it you cut that pound off in the wrong place? I'm so proud of you for making excellent choices with your food yesterday and today! I have faith in you - no cutting implements will be needed!

Hey Buffy - remember that these instant weight gains caused from eating too much in a short period will literally pass (straight through you!!) - so do not panic. As much as we think it doesn't, long term weight gain is as gradual as weigh loss. As you are straight back on track, you won't be seeing that pound for much longer :)
