Well, I just finished week one of C25K. I did not hurt myself, I did not pass out, I did not get a cramp, and most importantly: I did not quit! I am very pleased with myself. I am lucky that I walk a half hour a day, I think that is the main reason I was able to do this. I'm even sort of looking forward to next week and increased running (jogging) time. Sort of! ;)
