I have been more mindful about eating (and drinking) and it's making a difference. Small difference. Vive la difference!
155.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Girl!! seems we are still working at it, that is much better than what I did.. just stopped and ate anything I wanted and now I am up to 188 lbs on my little 5'4" body. So good job sticking to it, you do have perseverance , I like that about you. I think I need to get on that wagon right now myself. Think Maybe your post will help me get back on track.. its a long haul, but one day at a time.

Hey you! So glad to see you back. I struggled to reframe this thang in a positive way so I could feel motivated to make the choices that best support my goal of 130 pounds. We can do this one step at a time.
