Hey Guys i have a quick question... I hope i can get your help in figuring this out.
So i have done a pretty good job at loosing weight so far. However since i am on my last 20 lbs the weight just does not come off. So i took the advice of google and some of my coworkers "no experts" to cut down on carbs even more.
Basicaly my diet now consists of high protein (190g) chicken/beef/shake + veggies like tomatoes and cucambers + vitamin supliments. and 30g of fat...
to get the little carbs (to have brain function) as in sugar, throughout the day i have cofee with creamer and occational apple/banana. Basicaly my carb intake went from 130g a day to like 50 g. I always read that you have to eat healthy and balanced... I am worried that altough i am hitting 1800 calories a day i am not eating enough carbs. and by carbs i mean complex carbs as in Brown rice, quinwa, potato. No bread or anything.
is this going to cause problems down the road? If i start eating normal again am i going to gain the wight back? I am trying to formulate a diet that works for me and so far so good but i do want to have a burger down the road or nice fatty juicy BBQ with mashed oily potatoes or a Pizza or Caramel Ice cream or omg i am going mad....
