Great Job!!!!!! ONE of the gauges of HOW we are doing is how we feel about our "weekly" weigh-in...of course,sometimes the scale throws us a curve, BUT even then, we can feel good about KNOWING when we are ON PLAN!!! Have another GREAT week!!! And thanks for your great quote to MY journal entry :)

Congratulations Julie.Its wonderful when we notice positive changes in our bodies and abilities.My chronic back pain isnt as severe as it was.All thanks to the pounds lost. :)

It is amazing how much better we feel when we succeed.. even though that milk shake is so desirable, weight loss is a better feeling and not a quick fix for my moods.. hahhahah congrats... way to go girl..
