Keep track of the food here. In 2011, I was persistent with my diet and tracked all food and exercise (keeps you accountable). I lost 30 lbs. in 3 mos. I am back because I regained 10 and may try for a few more. In one week I lost 6.5 lbs. I follow The 100 by Jorge Cruise (author of The Belly Fat Cure).
