I have lost 34 lbs of butter since Jan. 21st~~ I decided to take a look at something that I love (Butter) and see just how a change in my lifestyle could effect my weight. I'm loving the new me and honestly...I don't miss the butter at all.
34# down and 44 over all inches. I have 25lbs left to go to reach my goal but I know how and what to eat to make this fat loss work. Thanks to Ideal Protein.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
