Cauliflower Bread
use as bread, pizza crust, bread sticks, whatever you like.
Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower
1 large egg
Directions
blend raw cauliflower in blender, store the rest in fridge for later use.measure 1 cup blended flower and 1 egg , season to taste
spray parchment paper with fat free cooking spray. pour cauliflower mix on parchment paper. mix will look kinds runny.spread thin.
bake at 425 for 20 minutes..
