First day: went 8 nc over...be more careful tomorrow.
Walking: did 3 miles (went to pastors house with those blueberry muffins) Foot killing me. Got NO work done today...tired , tired , tired and had sugar withdrawals...remembered Atkins Flu...oh yeah...duh.
Tomorrow: work first then walk on the Boulevard in Providence.
