So recording food has been going well so far this week. Today is gonna appear a lot over than it really is, because when I made my cook book recipe for the ribs, I included all the ingredients for the sauce, but we don't eat it all. There's over half the sauce left in the crockpot!!

Saturday I ran the longest I've ever ran in my life, a whopping 5 miles!! I feel super accomplished, I never though I would be able to run that far. 1 more mile, and I've got a 10K in the bag!

I have a job interview tomorrow, so wish me luck!! I really like this company (so far), so I'm hoping I do well. I've been studying all weekend (with breaks...of course ;p).

Tomorrow is our last planned dinner, so I'll have to come up with a new list so we can go shopping again. I'll try to pick a little healthier of foods this time. :D
