so I work at wafflehouse and I am a vegetarian, its hard to stay away from the carb filled foods but I've managed! I work 12-13 hour shifts 3 days a week so I am hoping this new resolve with high calorie high carb foods and all these hours plus days at the gym on my days off start paying off!! I recorded a fiesta omelet in my food diary but I don't think its quite accurate as I dot eat the ham so I know the calories and fat are way off. Oh well here is to next Saturdays weigh in, I hope it is successful :)

That's tough when you work somewhere that there isn't a variety of choices. Your best bet is to do portion control and choose wisely. Another option is to have one meal there and bring some food from home. Bring a cooler with foods you can eat (fruit, yogurt, hummus, veggies, etc.) I wish you luck at weigh in!
