Okay, weight hasn't changed in awhile... Obviously means I have to make another big change. Get metabolism going again. My body must be getting used to being on the elipitcal 4 times a week for an hour at a time. Perhaps, body is in a lull and will starting losing weight again soon. Obviously I got to make a change somewhere. Switched from omlettes in the morning to plain yogurt and berries. Gave up coffee - maybe one coffee a week- I don't crave it anymore; withdrawals are gone. I could eat less cheese. I will make that change this week. At least I didn't go up - should be happy about that :)
264.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 129.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have lost inches. I am in between sizes now which is driving me crazy; my current clothes is too loose and the next size down is just a bit too tight. :) hopefully I will have this resolved in the next week or two :)

Did you ever think of trying the "one color each day"? As in, today you eat yellow - yellow squash, cantaloupe, lemons, etc. Tomorrow red, tomatoes, sugar beet, red bell pepper, etc. Usually doing that for a week kicks the metabolism up as each color of fruit/vegetable has a different composition.
