came back from farm .Didn't have a weighing scale so freaked out a bit.Thought i weighed 60 ,but was relieved to see how much I weigh

Frozen Dinners. ...
Cookies. ...
Bananas. ...
Fried Foods.
115.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week
