I have been having some success with not eating after 8 pm. So I started a challenge group "No Evening Munchies". We're taking it slow, and replacing eating urge with water. Nothing too difficult. Why not join us?

Thinking about it, as I tend to come home from work and get busy working outside this time of year and often eat after that 8;00 time. Even on weekends, like tonight. Even if I try to be in bed by 8:30, spring is hard

This is going to be so hard for me, but I'm in! I don't normally eat "breakfast" until somewhere between 1-3 pm, so I usually have a bowl of cereal or something right before I drift off to sleep at 11. I can do this!

For me with grandkids ball games etc. it simply won't work this time of year.

this is hard for me because my dog and I watch tv at night and all the commercials make me hungry. but I am giving it my best shot

migtigger, instead of eating get up and move during the commercials. Someone else here suggested it. Also keep a big glass of ice water next to you to sip on. I keep my little trampoline in the living room, most of the time and walk on it while watching TV. Also my kettle balls are my coffee table decorations so they tease me into picking them up doing something with them. It's just me and the critters so if I want kettle balls on my coffee table I can! Besides they are nice looking vinyl coated ones. In addition to sidetracking you from eating every little bit of exercise helps your body, any time not sitting is good.
