my scale is driving me crazy. too varied! i think i need to buy a new one.
160.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just weigh one day per week - or if you must weigh everyday, take an average once per week and then log it. You will probably see a loss.
